Successful candidates will be responsible for performing pre-start equipment checks, monitoring operational performance, identifying and reporting defects, and supporting routine maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in mining operations.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Minimum of Grade 12 certificate.
Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
Proven experience and proficiency in operating the relevant heavy equipment or supervising mining activities.
Capability to conduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections to detect and report faults.
Possession of valid operator certifications or licenses for heavy machinery.
Experience needed
