Background information about the job or company:

Momentum Mining Services Limited is seeking the services of a Driver for its football team-WAZA United Football Club(WUFC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transportation of players, staff and equipment for all club games and other team related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport players, technical staff, and officials to and from training sessions, matches, and official club events.
• Maintain the club bus in a clean, roadworthy, and presentable condition at all times.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical issues to the Team Manager promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road traffic rules and club transport safety policies.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Ensure passenger comfort, discipline, and safety during all trips.
• Keep accurate transport logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.
• Coordinate with the Team Manager to align transport schedules with team activities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid PSV driver’s license.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in transporting teams, organizations, or institutions with a minimal incident record.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle checks.
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Training in defensive driving or transport management will be an added advantage.
