Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Driver to support our transport and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, transporting goods and staff, and ensuring all trips are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of goods, equipment, and personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery of agricultural produce, inputs, and other materials to designated locations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure that vehicles are always clean and well-maintained.
• Report mechanical issues or damage promptly to management.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage records, and delivery documentation.
• Follow all road traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with loading and offloading where necessary.
• Perform additional duties related to logistics and farm operations as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Zambian Driving Licence (Class C or higher preferred).
• Valid NRC.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven driving experience in a reputable organization.
• Familiarity with both urban and rural road networks.
• Ability to work long and flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
