JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport staff, children,  and/or materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, good with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving staff to and from work, appointments, or events, ensuring the safety of all passengers.
• Transporting children to and from school, medical appointments, or activities and ensuring their safety
• Loading and unloading materials, goods, and equipment.
• Preparing and maintaining vehicle records.
• Reporting any maintenance needs or issues.
• Ensuring that all passengers are properly secured and that the vehicle is safe for travel.
• Following emergency procedures and organization policies.
• Managing fuel reconciliation, vehicle log books, and potentially assisting with payments or bank transactions.
• Following traffic laws and organizational policies, including those related to child safety and transportation.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Experience in driving in urban and/or rural environments
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and directions

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24
