JOB DETAILS:

Purpose of Job:

To provide, secure and timely driving services to transport staff and management staff and/ or goods. To deliver staff to various clients in timely manner. Deliver company mails to different clients. Work on weekends as requested and ensure that vehicles are road worthy and ready to use.

Tasks/ Responsibilities

-Provide transportation for staff

-Distribute mail as needed both incoming and outgoing

-Deliver correspondence to Government Ministries, NGOs and cooperate Companies

-Schedule annual vehicle examination for services needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules.

-Ensure sound running of the vehicle assigned and report repairs where necessary

-Conduct daily checks on the car: oil, water, tyres and others.

-Clean the vehicle from the inside out on a daily basis.

-Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.

-Update monthly mileage records.

-Record mileage when leaving and returning

-Ensure vehicles are clean in general.

-Undertaking any other related tasks that your supervisor may assign to you from time to time

Reporting Relationship:

Reporting to MD/GM/SM & ADMIN

Work Hours: 8
