Fountain Gate Christian Academy (FGCA)

Fountain Gate Christian Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our growing team.

We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and committed professional who is passionate about shaping young minds through child-centered and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Zambian curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess learners’ progress through continuous assessment
• Build strong communication with parents and guardians
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and child safeguarding

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) with a valid practicing license
• Proven experience teaching at ECE level
• Strong classroom management and safeguarding knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
