JOB DETAILS:
Location: Zambia

Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate earthworks operations such as excavation, grading, and embankment construction to support road and bridge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily earthworks activities on site.
- Supervise equipment operators and labor teams.
- Monitor progress and report to the site engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in earthworks projects.
- Familiarity with heavy construction equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
