Experienced and dedicated Electrical Engineer with over 10-12 years of proven expertise in the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in Integrated Sugar Complex, including Sugar Plants, Biomass based Power Plants, and Extra Neutral Alcohol Plants. Adept at handling high and low voltage systems, process interlocks, and utility integration with a strong focus on Plant reliability, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.

Possesses strong experience in managing complete electrical scopes in greenfield projects, including electrical load calculations, switchyards, transformers, MCC & PCC installations, motor control systems, and lighting/power distribution. Committed to optimizing system performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting project commissioning and troubleshooting activities across all Plant operations.

  • Operation and maintenance of Electrical systems up to 132 KV level.
  • HT/LT Panels, Transformers, VFD Panels and DG Sets.
  • Process interlocks and automation (PLC/DCS Basics).

Project Experience Highlights:

  • Executed electrical works for Sugar Plants (3500-5000 TCD): Powerhouse setup, Juice extraction Plant and Process house plant control systems.
  • Supported Biomass based Power Plants (15-20 MW): Electrical systems Erection and commissioning of Boilers, Turbines, switchyard, synchronization panels, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Worked on ENA Plants: Distillation unit power supply, control panel integration, motor sizing, flameproof installations, and process interlocks.
  • Coordinated with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams for smooth execution and plant commissioning.
  • Handled compliance with relevant inspections, safety audits, and ensured adherence to electrical codes and standards.
  • Supported plant operation teams for routine and emergency trouble shooting, reducing equipment downtime significantly.

  • AutoCAD (for Electrical Layouts & SLDs basics)
  • MS Office (Excel - Reports, Power Point - Presentations, Word - Documentation)
  • ERP (SAP for Maintenance & Stores Modules).
