The ideal candidate must be passionate about electrical work, highly skilled, and capable of delivering top-quality installation services. The role requires both field and technical competence, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure that all installations comply with Zambian electrical codes and safety standards
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Supervise and guide junior electricians or assistants on-site
• Prepare and submit work reports and documentation to project managers
• Perform routine maintenance on existing systems
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver timely and cost-effective services

  Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Valid practicing license from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or relevant authority
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and ZESCO standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
