Adroit Engineering Construction Limited, a growing and dynamic construction company, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a dedicated professional with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Must be affiliate of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Atleast1 year experience in construction projects (attachment, internship, or junior role)
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site management
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage)

• Assist in supervising site activities under the guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and basic cost estimates
• Assist with measurement of works and preparation of site reports
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
• Help interpret drawings and provide technical support to site teams
• Assist in monitoring material usage and maintaining quality control records
• Participate in ensuring safety compliance on site
• Conduct basic inspections and report findings to the supervising engineer
• Carry out any other duties as assigned to support project delivery
