JOB DETAILS:
Chrilan Technology is looking for an Entry-Level Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with basic technical skills who is eager to learn and grow in the ICT and support field.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Basic computer knowledge, including handling Windows PCs, simple troubleshooting, and software installation
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Assist in software installations and configurations
- Basic troubleshooting of computers, POS systems, and related hardware
- Field visits to clients when required
- Support senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Reporting issues to the Team Lead and maintaining proper documentation
