Background
Wakanaka Business Solutions is a Growth Ecosystem dedicated to revealing identity, achieving clarity, and securing positioning for executives and organisations. We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy "All-Rounder" to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Operations Intern in a Hybrid capacity.
In this role, you will be the "Hardware" of our operations, supporting the Founding Director across multiple pillars: Branding, Expansion, and Impact. This is a high-visibility internship involving executive calendar management, digital content creation, and operational support for historic launches, including the inaugural Sports Chaplaincy Training, the Wakanaka Mentorship Program, and our 2026 Calendar release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage shared professional calendars and ensure seamless scheduling.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the rollout of mentorship programs and event logistics.
- Digital Content: Utilise Canva Pro to design and schedule social media content.
- Systems Management: Maintain digital organisation within ClickUp and Google Workspace.
- General Admin Support: Provide daily assistance in document preparation, research, and ensuring core business operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in PR, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Must own a functional laptop and smart phone.
- Highly organised with a "Self-Starter" mindset.
- Based in Lusaka.
