Background
AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Executive Committee.
Responsibilities
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- To organize and maintain the CEOs executive calendar.
- To schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- To coordinate internal and external events.
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Executive Committee, while ensuring seamless coordination with the Board.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Drive ESG initiatives and ensure the Bank meets sustainability reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:
- Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field. ZAQA certification is a must.
- Minimum of 1-2 year's work experience in the related field.
- Must know how to work with Excel, Power point and Word.
- To organize and maintain the CEOs executive calendar.
- To schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- To coordinate internal and external events.
