Position Information
- Position Name: Administrative Assistant
- Work Location: Bwana Mkumbwa Ndola Copperbelt Zambia
- Number of Openings: 1

- Reporting To: Administrative Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle daily administrative tasks, including front desk reception, phone answering, and visitor registration, to ensure the standardized and orderly operation of the office reception process.
2. Assist in organizing company meetings and events, such as booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and following up on the implementation progress of meeting resolutions.
3. Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, formulate procurement plans based on the needs of various departments, and conduct regular inventory checks to avoid material shortages or waste.
4. Process administrative documents, including drafting, organizing, filing, and storing documents, to ensure that important company documents are clearly categorized and easy to access.
Requirements
- Educational Background: College degree or above; majors in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related position; those familiar with administrative office processes are preferred; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
- Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT; have basic document writing and typesetting skills; proficiency in using office equipment (printers, copiers, projectors) is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication and coordination skills, and a sense of service; careful, rigorous, and responsible in work; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently; good time management skills and ability to work under certain pressure.
