Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Building long-lasting relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Field Sales: Traveling to meet customers, conducting site visits, and promoting company products.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Presenting proposals and negotiating to close sales.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintaining records of leads, accounts, and submitting regular sales reports to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Ivend software often considered an advantage.
