Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple furniture manufacturing projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the furniture manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
