JOB DETAILS:
Satwant Farms and Transport Ltd is looking to employ a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Farm Supervisor/Farm Assistant Manager.
Required: Mature self-motivated with hands-on experience in beef cattle management and cropping, strong report writing and must be computer literate.
Qualification:
Certificate / Diploma/Degree/ In Agriculture with relevant experience in cattle management and cropping.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage day to day operations of the farm
– Manage Farm staff with strong adherence to statutory and labour law guidance
– Manage payroll records and labour matters
– Implement set company policies .
– Strong Production
Package
Negotiable depending on qualification and relevant experience
