Ardent Lodge invites applications from suitably qualified, disciplined, and hardworking candidates for the positions below. All positions are based in Kabwe. Applicants must be ready to begin work immediately. Applicants who are not based in Kabwe must be ready and able to relocate to Kabwe immediately upon appointment.
Responsibilities or duties
The Farm Assistant will support poultry, gardening, general farm maintenance, feeding, watering, cleaning, planting, weeding, harvesting, and other farm-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- Some experience in poultry and gardening is required.
- Ability to care for chickens, maintain cleanliness, support feeding routines, and report any signs of disease or poor performance.
- Ability to support vegetable gardening, watering, weeding, planting, and general farm work.
- Must be hardworking, honest, reliable, and willing to live on or near the farm where required.
- Must be ready to perform practical hands-on work.
