Female Swimming Coach

The suitable candidate must:

  • Be a certified coach, with FINA Level 1 or 2 as an added advantage;
  • Have at least two years’ experience working with female learners as a swimming coach;
  • Be capable of evaluating swimmers’ skills and abilities to determine appropriate training plans, and develop and implement training programmes that improve swimmers’ technique, endurance, speed and agility;
  • Be able to monitor swimmers during training sessions and competitions to ensure safety and adherence to rules;
  • Be able to keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and regulations.

Applicants must have own accommodation in Kitwe.
