Job Summary:
Mati Carbon is seeking a motivated Field Assistant to support agricultural field operations and data collection activities in Livingstone, Zambia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in deployment and monitoring of natural soil supplements
- Engage with farmers and support project registration
- Collect soil samples for laboratory analysis
- Maintain accurate field records and documentation
- Support reporting and field logistics
- Perform additional field-related duties as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture related)
- 1 year field experience (fresh graduates with field exposure may apply)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Livingstone, Zambia
Essential Requirements:
- Valid motorbike license
- Android smartphone with good camera quality
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Working Conditions:
This role involves extensive outdoor fieldwork, including travel to remote farming locations and working under varying weather conditions.
