Nature's Nectar is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Field Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong field engagement capabilities, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and actively contribute toward the efficient coordination of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with farmers and partner communities
  • Execute field-based assignments as instructed by management
  • Collect, document, and submit accurate field data and reports
  • Maintain effective communication channels with supervisors and field stakeholders
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, and materials
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience in community engagement or a similar field-based environment
  • Experience with field data collection and working with phone applications.
  • Prepare timely and complete reports.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Valid manual driver’s license and motorbike riding competency
