WE ARE HIRING: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our Lusaka team!

If you have a proven track record in face-to-face sales, ideally with experience in the courier or logistics industry, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career with us.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate + Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration (Degree is an added advantage).
• Experience: 2–5 years of proven face-to-face sales experience (Courier/express logistics experience highly preferred).
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, relationship building and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Tech Literacy: Highly computer literate.
• Logistics: Good knowledge of the express and freight.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
