Soonjust Logistics Zambia Limited is a dynamic and growing logistics company committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Finance Assistant (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Membership and a valid practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, integrity, and attention to detail.

General Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
