Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes of the organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to support business operations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise the finance team and ensure effective internal controls and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in a financial or microfinance institution.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
