Palm Oil Production and Plantation
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and Manage the Finance function namely Financial Planning, Budgeting, forecasting and Reporting.
- Develop and Implement Financial Strategies and policies to drive Business Growth and profitability.
- Oversee accounting operations namely management and cost accounting, treasury and tax.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Manage and engage key stakeholders such as Auditors, shareholders, Bankers etc.
- Ensure Zampalm compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Act as Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate Board meetings, AGMs and other shareholder meetings.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and submissions.
- Coordinate Board Evaluations.
- Ensure effective communication between the Board, management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Board policies charters and procedures.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 GCE O’ Level Certificate or equivalent.
- Bachelor of Accountancy Degree.
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant such as ACCA; CIMA; CA; CISA.
- Master’s degree such as MBA or M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of Finance and Company Secretarial Experience, 5 of which must be at senior management level.
