CFAO Mobility Zambia – Your All-in-One Mobility Solutions Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company fleet across all branches, ensuring accurate records and optimal utilization.
- Oversee vehicle allocation, transfers, and compliance with company policies.
- Administer and control fuel cards, monitor usage, and investigate anomalies.
- Track vehicle mileage, usage trends, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular fleet audits, inspections, and spot checks.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and road safety regulations.
- Manage driver records, licence verification, and promote safe driving practices.
- Handle accident reporting, investigations, and liaise with insurers and service providers.
- Analyse fleet data to drive cost efficiency, improve performance, and support decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management or transport administration.
- Experience in fleet management systems, fleet monitoring, and vehicle maintenance coordination.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
