JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
- Business administration or a course In Fleet Management.
- Must be computer literate. Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint.
- NB: Knowledge in Basic vehicle maintenance will be helpful in your application so please note it in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking of company vehicles daily whereabouts and routes.
- Preparing Daily and weekly reports about vehicle operations.
- Receive and log Driver complaints (Accidents, Breakdowns).
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and ensure it be on time.
- File, keep and verify Driver Credentials.
- Maintain updated records of drivers and Vehicles (Contracts, insurance, licenses)
- Ensure Compliance from drivers.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
