JOB DETAILS:
Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints quickly.
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure top quality and comfort.
Staff Leadership
Train, guide, and manage lodge workers (housekeeping, F&B, and support teams).
Assign daily tasks and ensure teamwork across departments.
Inventory & Administration
Monitor stock levels for housekeeping, kitchen, and bar supplies.
Assist management with reporting, logs, and cost control.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a hospitality supervisory or front-office role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for customer service and high operational standards
