AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES UNDER EACH SITE

Foreman / Crew Lead

• Supervises a specific team of workers in areas such as maintenance, production, or construction.
• Oversees the crew's work to ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Enforces strict safety procedures on the job and assigns daily tasks.
• Monitors performance and provides on-the-job training to team members.
• Acts as the first point of contact for reporting issues to the Shift Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O-Level credits or better
• Willing to work shifts and overtime as required
• Good communication skills
• Age 18 years and above
