JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Foreman with hands-on experience in road and drainage works to supervise and coordinate field activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate must ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site road and drainage works
- Allocate tasks and monitor work crews
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Works or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
- Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) practicing license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction works
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
