LOCATION: MINAMBE AREA, MUFULIRA

We are urgently hiring:

Grader Operator (x5)

• Final Surface Precision: Achieve exact finish grades (to within millimeters) for road bases, parking lots, and building pads, ensuring proper water runoff/drainage slopes.
• Blade Control Mastery: Constantly manipulate the moldboard (blade) angle, tilt, and pitch to cut, spread, or level materials without scalping the subgrade.
• Material Mixing: Windrow and mix imported materials (e.g., cement/lime into soil for stabilization) directly on-site before spreading.
• Drainage Ditching: Cut and maintain roadside ditches and berms to specified profiles for erosion control.
• Stringline/Stake Reading: Interpret grade stakes, stringlines, or GPS rover readings to follow design plans without relying on other machines for final finishing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have C or CE Driver’s licence with 2 years experience (Tipper Drivers)

2. A minimum of 5 years of work experience

3. Relevant operator certificates

4. Must be diligent

5. Able to follow site regulations and perform daily basic machine inspection.
