JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-the-job training across various departments.
• Assist senior engineers and supervisors in daily operations.
• Learn and apply industry best practices to improve efficiency and production.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
• Strong academic record and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Must be a recent graduate (within the last 2 years).
• Applicants should preferably be residents of Lusaka or willing to relocate.
