Overview
Our client in the Agricultural sector seeks to recruit Ten (10) Graduate Trainee's to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment. The Graduate Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in various departments, gaining insights into their operational processes and contributing to projects that drive the company's vision forward.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from college or university in 2025
- Must have a minimum qualification in any of the following disciplines:
- Diploma in Crop Science
- Diploma in Agriculture
- Diploma in Production Operations Management
- ZICA qualification (part or full is acceptable)
- CIMA qualification (part or full is acceptable)
- Strong academic background with a passion for learning and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn from experiences.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.

Level of Education: associate degree
