Makani Studio is a growing creative design studio focused on delivering high-quality branding, visual design, and video production solutions for businesses across Zambia and the Southern African region. We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to exciting branding and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials including flyers, posters, brochures, and social media content
• Develop brand identity assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems
• Create engaging digital content for clients across various industries
• Assist in video production and motion graphics projects
• Design UI/UX layouts for websites and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign concepts and visual strategies
• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital exports to professional standards
• Maintain organised project files and meet project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
• Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing visuals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
