As a leading player in the manufacturing sector, Parrogate Ginneries is seeking a creative and dedicated Graphic Designer to deliver impactful visual solutions that elevate our brand and engage our target audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce creative designs for a variety of materials, including print and digital assets, social media graphics, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, translating them into effective design concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with established brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative elements into design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including copywriters, photographers, and web developers—to support integrated campaigns.

• Creative Vision: Ability to generate innovative concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, with a solid grasp of design principles, layout, and composition.

• Attention to Detail: Precision and consistency in design execution and branding.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven portfolio showcasing graphic design and illustrative skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Age: Must be below 30 years.
• Location: Preferably residing near Lusaka CBD.
