JOB PURPOSE
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that support the marketing, branding, and communication objectives of Neohive Properties Limited. The role involves developing creative content for digital and print media, enhancing the company's brand image, promoting land sales projects, and supporting customer engagement initiatives through high-quality visual communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design and Brand Management
- Develop and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners,posters, billboards, company profiles, and sales presentations.
- Create compelling visual content that promotes land sales, property developments,and company services.
- Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity across all marketing andcommunication materials.
- Design promotional materials for exhibitions, roadshows, activations, and propertyshowcases.
Digital Marketing Content Creation
- Design creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging graphics, animations, infographics, and visual advertisements fordigital campaigns.
- Create social media posts that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Assist in developing email marketing templates and digital newsletters.
Photography and Videography
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, land developments,customer events, and company activities.
- Edit and enhance photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Produce virtual property tours, promotional videos, and customer testimonialvideos.
Website and Online Presence
- Design visual elements for the company website and online platforms.
- Support website updates by creating graphics, banners, and promotional content.
- Ensure visual content is optimized for online platforms and mobile devices.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team in developing creative concepts forcampaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing property launch campaigns and promotionalactivities.
- Support lead generation initiatives through innovative visual content.
Print Production Coordination
- Liaise with printers, advertising agencies, and media partners to ensure qualityproduction of marketing materials.
- Review proofs and ensure designs meet quality standards before publication orprinting.
Content Management
- Maintain an organized repository of design files, photographs, videos, andmarketing assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects according to agreed deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts,Digital Marketing, Communication Design, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in graphic design, branding, digital contentcreation, or a related role.
- Experience in real estate, property development, advertising, or marketing agencieswill be an added advantage.
