JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties:
- Design and conduct fitness sessions for guests.
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely.
- Offer fitness assessments and personalized plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the gym.
- Educate guests on health and fitness best practices.
- Guide workouts and monitor client form.
- Promote gym programs and wellness activities.
- Maintain guest usage logs and feedback.
- Report faulty equipment promptly.
- Keep updated on fitness trends and methods.
Requirements:
- Age 35 and above
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel or commercial gym
- Grade 12 Certificate (a must)
- Fitness certification preferred
- Honest, with integrity and strong communication skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: professional certificate
