Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Track attendance, and handle employee leave requests.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
