HR Manager
Overview
Zhongan Huali Zambia Corporation Limited is a construction company currently conducting a number projects within the country and seeks the services of a HR Manager.
The preferred candidate should have a firm understanding of HR best practice, be able to provide sound guidance on labour legislation and all HR matters that may arise from time to time.

Key responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations and provide sound guidance to Senior Management on HR strategy and People Management.
• Must have full understanding of the recruitment cycle, payroll management and be able to utilise HR systems to improve efficiency.
• 3.Must be able to communicate and provide clarity on HR policy, regulations and Zambia labour laws to staff.
• Must be able to implement new strategies and ensure HR strategy is aligned to set business targets.
• Must be able to interface with the Immigration office, make follow-ups, track and ensure permits and certificates are renewed in good time.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Must have satisfactory performance at Grade 12 and possess a Bachelors Degree or appropriate qualification in HR.
• 2-5 years work experience as a HR Generalist in a similar work environment.
• Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management(ZIHRM) with a valid practicing certificate.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
