Brief Introduction
• Chenguang Biotech is mainly engaged in the cultivation and processing of paprika and marigolds that is being exported to international markets. By now, its farms cover the area of above 7,000 hectares. It would offer a huge platform to achieve your brilliant career.
Position Requirements
Hr Officer
1. HR Officer Full grade 12 certificate
2. Degree in Human Resource Management Member of ZIHRM
3. At least 3 years working experience and under the age of 40.
Skills
• Understands collective Bargaining Processes
• Understands grievance Procedure & Disciplinary procedure
• Able to conduct different types of case hearings
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
