Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead training and development initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
- Manage HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within real estate or property development sectors
- Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- 3 to 5 years work experience
