Beeline Telecoms Limited (Trading as ZedMobile) and its subsidiaries is a Telecommunications Company whose line of Business is selling Telecommunication products and services to consumers, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and corporates business and is incorporated in Zambia with its Head Office located in Lusaka, Zambia.

Role Requirement:

We are looking for a skilled dynamic leader to head our Products and Services team that will oversee the development and delivery of ZedMobile products and services that solve customer problems and create value for the business.

Role Overview:

As Head of Products and Services, you'll lead the development, launch, and management of our telecom products and services. You'll drive innovation, digital services, ensure customer-centric solutions, and lead a talented team

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing product and service strategies
• Leading product development, launch, and lifecycle management
• Managing product portfolio, product portfolio reporting, campaign management and identifying new opportunities
• Product promotion business cases
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs
• Ensuring customer-centric solutions
• Driving innovation and competitiveness
• Overseeing product pricing and revenue management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, and operations
• Develop and test products, processes, and procedures.
• Design and develop product promotions in collaboration with Customer Retention & Loyalty as well as Brand & Communications to drive take up, usage and profit of new products/services.

Candidate Requirements

• Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management position, in dynamic and fast moving industries
• Must have Commercial experience
• 2-3 years’ experience leading products management and development
• Proven track record of successful management of product portfolios and a number of successful launches
• Telecoms experience will be an added advantage
• Project and Program Management
