Head Teacher Wanted: Primary School
We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our vibrant primary school! As a valued member of our team, you will drive academic excellence, foster a nurturing environment, and champion inclusivity.
Responsibilities or duties
- 1. Leadership and Vision
- Set the school’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Provide strategic direction for academic and extracurricular activities.
- Promote a positive school culture and values.
- 2. Academic Management
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure it meets national standards.
- 3. Staff Management
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- 4. Student Welfare and Discipline
- Ensure students’ safety, well-being, and discipline.
- 5. Administrative Duties
- Manage school records, reports, and documentation.
- 6. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the school budget.
- 7. Community and
- Build relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
- 8. Infrastructure and Resource Management
- 9. Policy Implementation
- Enforce government education policies and school rules.
- 10. Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven leadership experience in primary education
- Passion for inclusive education
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (an added advantage)
