We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the financial services sector.
  • Experience in invoice discounting and/or order finance will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills will be an added advantage.
