Position: Head of Finance

Location: Zambia

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly competent, strategic, and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our finance function and provide strong financial leadership across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis and strategic advice.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, profitability, and organisational risks.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while strengthening financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years' relevant experience, including experience in a senior finance or management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
