Role Objective

To drive revenue growth by aggressively acquiring property listings, securing exclusive mandates, and closing high-value deals across Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure exclusive mandates for property listings
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a nationwide network of commission-based agents
  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective pricing, negotiation, and conversion strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Strong leadership ability with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
