JOB DETAILS:
Requirements
Minimum of a diploma in education, a degree will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a School Manager/ Headteacher
Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
Must possess leadership and innovative skills
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Strategic leadership- interpret the school vision/ direction for implementation
Operational management- Oversee daily school operations
Ensure high quality teaching and learning
Staff management- Lead and develop staff
Learner's welfare- Ensure learners well-being and safety
Parent and community engagement- Build relationships with parents and the community
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
