JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose: To provide overall leadership, management, and development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement school policies to a high standard.
• Ensure the smooth running of all school programmes.
• Maintain a visible presence on campus to uphold high standards of student behaviour and uniform.
• Work closely with the School Board, Teachers, Learners, and Parents.
• Provide effective leadership through planning, monitoring, coordination, and implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ Level credits or better.
• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (mandatory).
• Registration: Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
• Preferred: Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership and Management are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as either a Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher in a reputable private school.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with the school's curriculum.
• Computer literate.
• Age between 35–55 years.
• Must reside within Lusaka.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
