JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To implement Group HSSE Policies and Standards for the Business Unit within Zambia.

Principal Accountabilities
• Assist business Managers to develop and track HSSE Plans as per the guidance from the Country HSSE Manager. and recommending to line appropriate corrective actions for non-conformity.
• Support business Managers in HSSE reporting, and data assurance.
• Implement HSSE critical incident reporting guidelines and support line in incident reporting, investigation and Remedial Action Plan (RAP) implementation.
• Support Accident Incident Investigations using various tools.
• Input and track incident data in the system.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and assist business Managers in tracking HSSE performance and KPIs.
• Input & update data in ISOMETRX
• Coordinate HSSE audits as required.
• Providing Emergency Response Support for the Operating Unit.

Requirements
• Minimum of a Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HSSE program administration.
• Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
• Good people skills/ interpersonal skills are essential
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude for multi-tasking and problem solving.
