JOB DETAILS:
Good Nature Agro is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to strengthen HSSE practices across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections & safety training (first aid, fire, chemical handling)
- Maintain HSSE records & develop SOPs
- Ensure compliance with Zambian laws & ISO standards
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding & wellness
- Engage with regulators & produce HSSE reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering or related
- 2–3 years’ HSSE/QHSE experience (agriculture/manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of ISOx standards, HACCP & incident management
- First aid & fire safety training; certifications an advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
